1. 大會建議參加者進行活動前, 先了解路線資料, 如發現不依照大會指定路線完成, 大會有權不給予任何獎項。

Rules and Precautions​

1. Participants are advised to understand the route information before proceeding along the conference route. The completed mileage shall not exceed the specified mileage in the conference route. If it is not completed according to the route selected by the conference, the conference reserves the right not to give any awards. Be applicable.

安全

請大家任何時候均應格外小心，並為自己及其他道路使用者的安全著想。大家應確保帶備所需的足夠食物和飲料，尤應注意多些喝水。吸收充足水分，對保障個人安全至為重要。

Safety

Please always be extra careful and consider your own and others' safety. You should bring enough food and drink. Adequate hydration is essential for personal safety.

進行體育活動需要良好的訓練，所有參加者都確認自己健康並且適合參與猛龍慈善跑2025，完成登記即表示您明確並且同意您對自己的活動承擔所有責任。

您明確同意免除猛龍慈善跑2025組織者與您的體育活動有關的任何和所有責任，並且您還同意，在任何情況下該組織均不對您或任何第三方因或與猛龍慈善跑2025有關而引起的任何直接、間接、偶然、特殊或後果性的損害負責。​

Liability and Insurance

Each participant must take full responsibility for their health and safety.

We strongly recommend that you purchase your own personal accident insurance.

Each participant must also acknowledge responsibility for himself and his escort or support team members.

Physical activity requires good training, and all participants confirm they can participate in the Fearless Dragon Charity Run 2025. By completing registration, you expressly agree that you are solely responsible for your activities.

You expressly agree to release the Fearless Dragon Charity Run 2025 organizer from any liability for your sporting activities. You also agree that under no circumstances shall the organization hold you or any third party responsible for any liability to you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the Fearless Dragon Charity Run 2025 accountable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

不可抗力​

不可抗力，即發生超出主辦單位所能控制的事件和令舉辦比賽成為不可能，不安全或不切實際的情況。 不可抗力事件包括但不限於天災、戰爭、敵對行為、侵略、叛亂、革命、起義、暴動、示威、騷亂、政府，軍事或警察的行動或指示、罷工、怠工、禁工、阻塞或動亂、堵塞或不能通過道路或山徑、疾病的爆發以及恐怖主義行為和威脅。

Force Majeure​

Force Majeure is the occurrence of events beyond the organiser's control, making it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the competition. Events of force majeure include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, hostilities, aggression, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, demonstration, riot, government, military or police action or direction, strike, sabotage, lockout, blockage or disturbance, blockage or Roads or trails, outbreaks of disease, acts and threats of terrorism are not allowed.
